Zoos are internment camps for animals and should be shut down

Zoos are internment camps for animals and should be shut down because it's like a prison. The animals eat the same food every day and they're taken away from their families.  Some people argue that zoos should not be shut down because it's fun to visit, they're being protected and we all can learn about the animals.
Sure zoos are a fun place, somewhere to go on vacation, in a boring weekend, or even for a school trip. However, for the animals it is like a prison. They don’t have a chance to discover the world, just keep going on circles all day, and see people all the time. It's awful! Imagine if you lived in those conditions for the rest of your life?
Another reason that people also think is that they're being protected. There is no chance for another animal to get into a fight and kill each other or for they to trip, fall, and die. In other words, zoos protect the species, even the ones in danger. However they eat the same junk every day and sometimes it's even in a bad condition. It is like eating crackers until you pass.
Finally, we learn about them! We discover their habitats, where they came from, their specie, how they live, etc. However, did you know, for that to happen, they have to be taken from their family, even if still a baby, to go to another country and live like a circus clown. They have to live in solitary, being forced to do what they don't want, being punished badly for small mistakes. Try to live like that.

In conclusion, zoos could be a fun place for people, but not for the animals because they live in a prison, get the same food every day and are being taken away from their families. Would you like to be a zoo animal and live in those conditions?
